VARIANCE To allow five (5) flags to be installed on the roof of the proposed building, code does not permit roof mounted flags; per Section 505-150(B).
To allow display and storage areas to have a gravel surface, code requires asphalt or concrete; per Section 265-110(K).
SITE PLAN To construct an approximately 20,500 square foot boat sales/display/service building. |
